Actor Park Yoochun conveyed his gratitude toward director Bong Joon-ho, who produced movie ‘Sea Fog’.
In an interview with News Culture on July 30, Park Yoochun provided an anecdote about him and director Bong Joon-ho forming a connection through the movie and said, “Looking at the monitor around when it was the final stage of filming, (director Bong) had said words: ‘You were outgoing and endearing for the character Dong-shik, but we are parting from him now’. It was heart-warming to hear that.”
Continuing Park Yoochun said, “(Director-nim Bong) was really charming, trustworthy, and cool” and revealed his enthusiasm at unconditionally agreeing to do anything; [T/N: i.e., get down and dirty] to work on the movie with director Bong Joon-ho. He added, “I really wanted to do it. It looked really good. (When the love call came) I ended up yelled ‘Hooray!’”.
